Take 15 minutes to work to a heavy load of:
3 Power Snatch
Then…
10 Min AMRAP
2 Power Snatch @ 135/95
2 Burpee Box jump over @ 24/20
4 Power Snatch
4 BBJO
6 …
6 … etc. until you reach 10, then start over at 2 reps of each.

The Winter Formal is this Saturday! If you are still on the fence about going, or are not sure what it is, let me help break it down. First and foremost, it’s a party for YOU! It’s our way of saying thanks for being part of the CrossFit SAC family. You don’t have to bring anything to eat or drink, we’ve got that covered. Just show up and have fun!

There will be music, dancing, hors d’oeuvres, drinks (alcoholic and otherwise), poker and blackjack tables. Not to mention all the cool people you see at the gym day in and day out!

Everyone who purchases a ticket will be entered into a drawing for a FREE month’s membership!

Remember the blackjack and poker tables? If you decide to play, you can use your winnings at the end of the night to bid on some pretty incredible prizes, like a membership for a non-member, free CrossFit SAC gear, or one-on-one training from a coach of your choice!
