Back Squat

Squatting heavy makes us stronger. There is literally nothing better at building overall body strength than heavy squats. Loading the body in the way we can with this exercise creates a stressor on the body that leads to systemic adaptation unlike anything else we can do.

If your back squat goes up it’s pretty likely that your deadlift will also… and your bench press… and maybe even your pull ups.
