As in years past we will be closed Thursday/Friday the week of Thanksgiving, and re-open on Saturday for normal hours. Enjoy this time with your family!
Today’s workout is a bit different than normal. Rather than asking for a max rep in the minute we’re setting an amount of work to be accomplished at each station.
For example, on the row the goal is to accumulate 20 cal for Men and 15 Cal for Women. If that number of Cal is not met (if I only pull 17 Cal one round let’s say) the number I’m able to accomplish becomes my new goal each round.
What you’re shooting for is to be able to hold as close to the goal number for each round through the entire workout.
