We’ve got some fun stuff on the docket for today, some things we don’t do very often. Today will be a fun day to come in and get moving and try some new things. Of course we want you to work hard but not every day has to be a full on beat down of a workout. Sometimes it’s good to just keep moving and try some different stuff.
