10 Sec L-Sit
20 Sec Squat Hold
30 Sec Deadlift Hold @ 225/155

It’s not often that we do much in the way of static holds. Typically we want to move the joints through a range of motion since that is more similar to the demands of daily life and moving that way will better prepare us for dealing with those demands. That said, static holds are frickin’ hard! Isometric contractions (the type our muscles are using during these holds) are the strongest types of contractions they’re capable of and as such are very demanding. My suggestion is that you get ready for some fun today, it’s going to be different and interesting for sure.
