300m Run
Rest 3 min between efforts

Max effort Pull Up
Rest 2 min

Hockey season is fast approaching. Honestly, it’s not a sport I follow… BUT it is the inspiration for today’s workout.
Recently 3 top draft picks for the Boston Bruins all failed their conditioning test. These are professional athletes who are literally paid to stay in shape, so it’s surprising to hear that this happened. What was the conditioning test you ask?
Well it was 6 rounds of a 300m down and back run with 2 minutes rest between. They were required to finish each round under 1 minute to “pass.” I’ll be amazed if we don’t have athletes at CrossFit SAC that can pass this test. But we won’t know unless we try.
