Strict Pull Up
Power Clean @ 185/125
We’ve always focused our attention on building our Community. Whether it’s Games viewing parties or last year’s Winter Formal event, the importance of a strong community has always been a priority.
There have been times during our nearly 6 years in business that we have had members asking for more “competition” geared things, maybe special classes or more focus on the competitors. As a gym we’ve shied away from these things because we never wanted to segregate the gym or separate people based on ability. I’ve seen first hand how that can create divisions within the gym community and that’s the last thing we wanted to do.
That, of course, doesn’t mean that we don’t support our athletes who would like to compete. However, we’re also not going to change how we treat our other members in order to accommodate it.
