We had a great time hosting the CrossFit Kids Trainer’s Course this weekend!

This Saturday, we return to our regular schedule and  are holding a fundraiser to help Amber raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. This will be a team WOD that we haven’t done in years! You do not have to donate to participate, but if you are interested in donating, here is the link.
