Today’s workout will also be performed by CrossFit Games Teens and Masters athletes. The reps and weights will vary from age division to age division, so it’s a bit of a “choose your own adventure” as far as a scale (we can always scale more if needed). I do hope that after looking at the various versions of this WOD and performing it that you can better appreciate how incredibly fit these Teens and Masters athletes are!

Masters 40-44, Masters 45-49 and Teens 16-17

For time:

Masters 50-54

For time:

40 shoulder-to-overheads (135 / 95 lb.)
80 deadlifts (135 / 95 lb.)

Masters 55-59 and  Masters 60+

For time:

40 shoulder-to-overheads (115 / 75 lb.)
80 deadlifts (115 / 75 lb.)

Teens 14-15

For time:
60-calorie row
40 shoulder-to-overheads (115 / 75 lb.)
60 deadlifts (115 / 75 lb.)
