Split Jerk


We’re going to work on some POWER today! Aggressively jumping weight from a racked position to one that’s locked out overhead helps us develop more total body power. This total body power can translate into almost any athletic movement. Everything from running, jumping, punching, kicking and throwing can be improved through a more aggressive expression of power, so if you don’t want to be better at any of those things it’s a good day to rest.

If, on the other hand, you would like to be more powerful, more generally capable and improve your ability to run, jump, punch, kick and throw. Well then we’ll look forward to seeing you!
