Are You in the Zone?

CrossFit just released an updated version of CrossFit Journal article 21, “Zone Meal Plans.” The updated version has the same basic information about what the Zone diet consists of and the science behind it. The revamped version of this article has a more organized block chart as well. The Zone may seem overwhelming a tedious at first, but most people find that they get the hang of it after a week or so.
