Today is a fantastic couplet of a low skill , just get it done movement and high skill weightlifting. Remember, the snatch is very technical and, in a WOD like this one, is going to require just about all 10 General Components of Fitness (you know, all those words painted on the back wall). It often takes people several exposures to the (squat) snatch to feel comfortable with the movement, so today is a great opportunity to get some practice!
