Well we made it, another Open season is in the books. This is always a fun but challenging time of year. One of the reasons it’s such a challenge is because when I program the workouts for the week I need to keep in mind that one of them is a complete unknown and try to work around what may or may not be showing up for that week’s Open workout. All the while still preparing our gym for whatever the task might be while still keeping in mind the overall goal of a general increase in fitness.
Needless to say these are a lot of things to juggle.
So one of the things I’m looking forward to getting back to is removing the unknown from each week so I can better plan out all the fun we’ll be getting into.
Buckle up guys, it’s gonna be a fun year getting ready for next years Open!
