Workout 15.2
Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:
From 0:00-3:00
   2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds

Today we are pulling double duty; we are doing Open WOD 14.2– er I mean 15.2 and we are celebrating Community Day! If you are planning on bringing in a friend for Community Day, if at all possible bring them in for the 9 am class so that we can better help them through the warm up and workout. If they are joining us for the first time, they can save some time and fill out the waiver online. Other than that, just like last week, come in and sign up for a heat, help judge and cheer for your fellow athletes!
