30 sec Max rep 12ft line touch
30 sec rest
30 sec Max rep deadlift at 7rep weight
30 sec rest

It’s that time of the week again, the second Open workout drops tonight!

Just like last week we’ll be viewing the announcement live starting at 5pm and we’d love to have you come join us to see what fun’s in store this time around. I’m sure it’ll be another good one.
