Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of:
115-lb. deadlifts, 10 reps
115-lb. snatches, 5 reps
6 minutes to find 1-rep-max clean and jerk
Perform both workouts on a 15-minute clock, start Workout 15.1a immediately after finishing 15.1.

Keep in mind that each official attempt needs to have a judge to verify reps so we always appreciate people who are willing and able to come in early and stick around later to help judge or just help out, along with your fellow CrossFit SAC athletes.
We also ask that you arrive earlier than you hope to workout, and really as early as 8:30 if you’re interested in hanging out a while. As in years past we will have a suggested warm up written on a board as well as a sign up area for upcoming heats. For 15.1 and 15.1a we will run heats on a 20 minute cycle, that means that if the first heat starts at 9:30, the second heat will start at 9:50, next will be 10:10 and so on. Heats will run as long as they need to in order to get everyone through safely.
