The 2015 CrossFit Open is almost here! This Thursday the first workout will be announced during the weekly broadcast the starts at 5pm. Each week we’ll be showing the broadcast LIVE on Thursday night if you’re interested in watching it. It always proves to be a big spectacle and they make a pretty big production out of it.
