It’s with great sadness that we announce the departure of Dan from his coaching position at the gym. This was a mutual decision to allow Dan the time and availability to pursue other interests. Depending on where those interests take him, we may still see him around the gym. Clearly this was a difficult decision for both parties and was not undertaken lightly. We have nothing but the utmost respect for Dan and wish him nothing but success and happiness.
What this also means is that for at least the time being Mobility Class will be on hiatus to allow us to focus on our core offering of CrossFit classes. We appreciate your understanding. And, while Calvin won’t be available for a guided mobility session, that certainly doesn’t mean you can’t take the skills he’s taught you and apply them to some self guided work.
