***Reminder***
Today is Community Day! Bring in a friend, family member, neighbor– whoever, to workout with you. It doesn’t matter if they have been here before. All that we ask is that they arrive 10-15 minutes before class to fill out a waiver (or send them this link: https://www.smartwaiver.com/w/505b63289e124/web/ ) and talk with one of the coaches.
