1/2 body-weight thruster ladder

For the ladder pattern, perform one rep the first minute, two reps the second minute, three reps the third minute, continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.


This Saturday is Community Day! Bring in a friend, family member, neighbor– whoever, to workout with you. It doesn’t matter if they have been here before. All that we ask is that they arrive 10-15 minutes before class to fill out a waiver (or send them this link: ) and talk with one of the coaches.

It’s Friday and that’s definitely not a benchmark workout!

Benchmark Friday’s are now a thing of the past. We’ll still have a benchmark workout about once a week moving forward, but it won’t be guaranteed to be on Friday anymore. I realized at some point that the only reason I was still programming a benchmark workout every Friday was because that’s how I’d always done things. If there’s ever a BAD reason to keep doing something I think tradition is certainly one of them.

So, in the interest of moving forward and always working to improve the experience in the gym, say farewell to benchmark Friday’s and hello to ever growing fitness.
