Saturday 1/10

Typically we post the workout ahead of time so that if it contains rope climbs you know to wear your socks, it it has double unders you know to wear your jumping pants and so on. Today, we’re not climbing rope or doing double unders so you don’t have to worry about either of those things. Just plan to come in and have a good time with your CrossFit SAC family, since today promises to be a good test of fitness.
