Happy New Year everyone! We hope you had a happy and safe New Year with friends and family. We spent a few hours of New Year’s Day at the gym and some of you joined us for one or more of the workouts (more people than we expected to be honest, it was GREAT). We love seeing people make a commitment to their health and well being. We have been open for almost 5 years and the number one reason we hear from people as to why they can’t continue CrossFit is lack of time.

Too often we are waiting for that perfect moment in our lives when there will be more free time. Once school is completed, once the kids get a little older, once you’ve received the promotion at work then you will finally have the time/money/motivation to do X,Y or Z. This is a pretty common phenomena where we imagine our future selves as having more time, money or being generally happier. The truth is that there will never be a perfect time; the stars will never fully align to make things easy. If it is something you really want, you will find the time to get it done. It will probably involve some sacrifice, but if it is important to you, you will find a way to accomplish your goal.
