50 Box jump @ 24/20 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings @ 35/26
50 Walking Lunge Step
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press @ 45/35 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots @ 20/14 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

 

Today brings us a workout affectionately titled the “Filthy 50”. It’s been a while since we’ve had a visit from this WOD but I thought it was about time we performed a solid chipper, which is a workout you “chip” away at, performing each movement only once before moving on to the next one.
