for 20 total reps, do one rep every 30 sec. at the same load


Barbells for Boobs is coming!



Saturday October 25th CrossFit SAC will be participating in the annual breast cancer awareness fundraiser called Barbells for Boobs. We’ve participated in this event for years and it is always a fun time for the gym and a cool way to raise money for a great cause.

Plan to spend your morning with us that Saturday and lets bring in some cash!
