The post on Monday was about failing harder. It was about allowing yourself the opportunity to fail so that you can learn, grow and improve. Jennifer, from the video below embraced just that concept by signing herself up for the Team Series and chasing headlong after her nemesis, the dreaded double under.

Think long and hard about whatever it is that you wish you’d be able to accomplish and figure out how you are going to get there – make sure to allow for some learning and growth along the way!

Banded speed deadlift
2 reps on the minute for 10 minutes @ 50-65% of 1rm with moderate bands

15 min handstand HOLD practice
