Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 strict handstand push-ups
10 strict pull-ups
30 jumping alternating lunges

 

All too often fear of failure keeps people from reaching their ultimate potential. It’s important to remember that failure is an absolutely necessary part of the journey towards success. It’s true that this video is about basketball but the message transcends sport and speaks to all of us and our need to be OK with imperfection.

Banded speed bench press
3 reps on the minute for 10 min @ 50-65% or 1RM

Then

100 banded press down
