The video below doesn’t need much introduction. It’s simply as awesome thing to see anyone taking their health into their own hands, and maybe even more so for someone who’s 99 years old. What an inspiring thing though to know that even at that age it’s possible to make positive change in ones health, mobility and fitness. Check it out.
