The really cool part of the video below is not just that it features some of the top CrossFit athletes in the world, but that it gives you a small glimpse into their attitude and mentality before training/competing. This stuff is supposed to be FUN!

All too often we see people put far too much pressure on themselves during workouts because of some arbitrary expectation they’ve set for themselves. When it comes down to it every single day you show up to the gym you’re making yourself better than you would have had you just stayed home. That’s what really matters.

Show up, have fun, get better.

It’s a simple equation, but making it happen is the tough part sometimes.
