Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
30 Overhead squats @ 120/90
10 Muscle-ups

While the freak accident that happened to Kevin Ogar is something I wouldn’t with on anybody, the response to it and outpouring of support about it has truly something to behold. Sometimes it takes hardship to really learn what we’re made of and the hardship that has befallen Kevin has given him the opportunity to truly demonstrate strength of character. Plus this is a pretty cool pair of shoes.

 

Supplemental

Weighted pull-ups, 3×5 unbroken reps AHAP

Then, 1 x max effort set kipping pull-ups

Bent over barbell row, 50 reps @ 75#(55#)

Hip extension 3×30 AHAP
