Are you thinking about sending your kids to CrossFit Kids? If so come on in to the gym Saturday morning @ 9am so that you can get a run through of exactly what it’s going to be like for your kids in their classes. This is intended for PARENTS ONLY, not the kids so that you can see how much fun is wrapped into all the fitness during these classes.

Banded Speed Box Squat (wide stance box at or below parallell)

100 Squat on the 2 second

15 GHD Sit Up
:30 sec plank hold
