The CrossFit Games get started with the Masters events. During the three day competition, Masters athletes will prove that age is just a number.


5 x 20 GHD Sit Up
*Rest 2 full minutes between sets.

Speed Deadlift
EMOM for 10 min
2 reps @ 50-65% of 1rm

Seated Box Jump
Work to a max height holding a single 26/18# KB in front rack
