Clean and Jerk


We continue to thank you all for your patience as we go through this overhaul/expansion of the gym. Rest assured that when it’s all finished our new space is going to be a great place to continue to train!



Banded Speed Deadlift @ 50-65% of 1RM
10 min EMOM 2 reps
Use blue or green band wrapped once or twice around the bar with your feet in the open loops at the end. For quality (speed) not load.

Wall squats x 25 reps

Accumulate 3 minutes in weighted superman hold @ 5#(2 1/2#) plates
*Hold plates in hands as they are extended out in front of head for superman hold.
