Well folks, the Regional season is over and all of the athletes have punched their tickets to Carson California in July for the 2014 CrossFit Games. What were your big surprises of the season? Bulgarian split squats, 3×10 reps @ 30#(20#) dumbbells

Weighted pull-ups, 4×4 unbroken reps
*Pull-ups may be kipping or strict. 15 burpee penalty for every break in a set, to be done at the end of each set.
