Workout 14.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

30 double-unders
15 Power Snatch @ 75/55

 

Everyone who participated in the Open with us this year should recognize this doozy. Just like in years past we’ll revisit many of this years Open workouts throughout the rest of the year for two reasons.

1- It allows our athletes to re-test their fitness and track progress. We’re all about evidence in CrossFit so it’s important to be sure to test workouts every now and then.

2- It allows us to show people how we would scale these workouts if doing the workout as it’s written was an option.

 

Supplemental

5 Rounds for quality:
:20 Second superman hold followed immediately by 10 superman

Back extension, 3×8 reps slow and controlled
