In front of a clock set for 15 minutes:

1 minute of Squats
2 minutes of Double-unders
3 minutes of Push-ups
4 minutes of Hip extensions
5 minutes of Pull-ups

 

The link below is from a very interesting TED talk that focuses on the athletic improvement, or lack thereof in the last century or so. Looks like we’ve got more work to do.

 

Supplemental

Good Mornings, 8×4 reps
Then, complete as many reps as possible @ 80% of 4RM (any break in form/ rounding of back ends set)

Overhead squat, 5×5 reps @ 80% of 1RM OHS
