2011 Regionals Individual Workout 3

21-15-9 reps for time of:

Deadlift @ 315/205
Box jump @ 30/24

 

This workout has made the rounds of CrossFit competition. It showed up for the first time in 2011, then returned for 2013 and not only that but it reared it’s ugly head for the Masters Competition at the Games in 2013.

In the video below you’ll see some bad-ass women kicking butt at this WOD in the final heat of the Women’s 55-59 year old division. Most of us would hope to do about this well at the workout when we hit it today.
