Let’s have some fun and move some heavy weight today! Watch the video above to see just how hard it is for these solid athletes to stand up with the weight as it gets to a heavy load during the first four rounds. This is what we want it to look like! On days like today when we are really going after a heavy weight it’s important that you truly push yourself to the limit of your physiological and technical capacity in order to get the most out of what we’re doing.
