Then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

5 box jumps @ 34/26
3 Power Snatch @ 165/105

 

The ability to jump high or far is highly sought after in nearly any and all sports as it is one of the most fundamental of all athletic human movement. Thankfully, much of what we do at the gym helps to increase our athlete’s ability to jump. Squats, deadlifts, cleans, snatches and the like all work to improve an athletes ability to rapidly extend the hip to generate power and momentum.

Today, we’re going to test our ability to do just that. So get ready to have some fun!
