Max Effort
1 Mile Run

There is a reason why runners have up to an 80% injury rate, most of them are utilizing poor running technique. Contrary to popular belief, proper running form takes practice and is rarely accomplished effortlessly, especially if this is a movement that is just recently being explored. Heel striking, leaning at the hip and rounded shoulders are just some of the ways people make running less efficient and more prone to cause injury. If you are looking to improve your running, it takes practice, but practice focusing on technique and form, not just just pounding the pavement.
