Hold on tight, this one is going to be a doosie! The good news is everyone should be able to post a score for this WOD. We will be running heats, similar to the previous three Saturdays but with a slight change up to help keep things moving. However, if you need to be out of the gym by a certain time, we highly suggest that you come in early (before 9 am) to sign up for an earlier heat.
After next week’s Open WOD, we will be holding the 4th Annual Open/Anniversary Potluck and BBQ. We hope you can help us celebrate four years of being a part of the CrossFit community and to ring in an end to another CrossFit Open! We will roll out the grill, so bring something to throw on it, or a side dish to share. Potluck sign ups are on the Community Whiteboard at the gym.
