We hope you are ready for another fun filled Saturday! This is great WOD where everyone has the chance to get some reps in. It would be helpful for everybody to watch the standards video before coming to class. Classes will run just as they have been the last two weeks, in heats with a few minutes for transition between heats. We are expecting another great turnout, so come on in ready to work hard, cheer on other athletes and any help judging will be greatly appreciated!
