Tonight’s the night yet again! 14.3 drops tonight so just like in the weeks past there will likely be a group of folks ready to throw down. Who knows what it might be but we know that there won’t be any overhead squats, chest to bar pull ups or double unders and that’s probably good news for a bunch of our athletes. If you’d like to watch the announcement with your CrossFit SAC family we’ll have the projector up again.
