Workout 14.2

For as long as possible:

From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats, 95 / 65 lb.
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats, 95 / 65 lb.
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats, 95 / 65 lb.
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern

Today will run very similar to last Saturday, where we will brief the workout first and run heats starting at 9:30. If you need to be out early, show up early to get your name on the heat schedule. Please take a moment to review the standards video so that you are familiar with the requirements of this workout.

I know some of you probably felt a little discouraged when you heard the words “chest-to-bar pull-ups.” Just keep in mind that the Open Sectionals are the exception to the rule when it comes to preforming the WOD prescribed, so even if you typically scale chest-to-bar pull-ups, this you chance to give them a shot. We have already had at least one member get their first C2B pull-up for the Open.

We are expecting another great turn-out for Saturday morning! And as always, if you can stick around to help judge, take take pictures or video, it would be greatly appreciated!
