It’s Thursday… which means that the second workout of the Open will drop tonight. Just like last week, those of you who can’t attend class on Saturday will be able to do the workout from Thursday night through Monday afternoon.

Those of you who CAN attend Saturday, please do! We had a great turn out last week and it’s sure to be another fun time this week. We hope to see you there!
