Starting March 4th, an additional Mobility class will be added to Tuesdays at 6pm. The Mobility class is a free class to those with an unlimited membership. The Mobility class is intended to help improve physical mobility, range of motion and aid with recovery and this class can be taken before or after the WOD. Please make sure you sign up!
