Today’s workout might look a bit familiar to those of you who are paying attention. And yet it’s going to be completely different as well. If you made it in for last Tuesday’s WOD I HIGHLY encourage you to experience today’s workout. We’re going to scale it the same way we did for you on that day so that you complete the same number of reps of and use the same modifications (if any) to the movements. While today is, in theory, the same thing just broken up differently, you might be surprised how different is is in practice.
