The Hazing

It was a busy weekend for many CrossFit SAC athletes, we had people competing in two different competitions over the weekend. The picture above is from “The Hazing” and Greg H competed in his first competition at a separate weekend-long event. While we are not a gym that stresses competition, at least not at the cost of quality training and creating an inclusive community, we love to see people challenge themselves and step out of their comfort zone. Not only that, to see so many members show their support, in person and online, really speaks to the quality of the community that we have, a community that you all have help build and foster.
