At-home WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 pushups
15 situps
20 walking lunge steps*
*I accidentally said 20m walking lunge in the video, it is 20 lunge steps for the WOD.

The gym will be closed this weekend because we are hosting a CrossFit Weightlifting Seminar but that does not mean you can’t still workout!

Mike D 7 + 15 sit up RX
Dan 7 + 3 Lunge RX
Calvin 8 + 4 Push up RX
