- Today kicks off the first week of the Lifestyle Reboot. It’s not too late to sign up if you are interested!
- This weekend (2/1-2/2) the gym will be closed. We are hosting a CrossFit Weightlifting Seminar and many of our coaches will be in attendance. Look out for an at-home WOD for Saturday.
- The following weekend (2/8) is “The Hazing” competition at Another Level CrossFit in Lodi. Katy, Brandon and Briana will be there competing, so let’s see if we can get a group together to cheer them on!
