The Lifestyle Reboot kicks off Monday! I am really excited to see so many people participating in the Reboot and taking initiative in make lifestyle changes. One of the aspects about this Reboot that I am really looking forward to sharing is the versatility of this program. This isn’t just about food, but about making the hard changes in life, though for many of us, food is one of them. The next eight weeks won’t be me telling you what you should and shouldn’t be doing, but rather how to figure out what it is you in your life you want to make better, how to go about making those changes and how to deal with the setbacks that come up along the way. Some weeks focus on food specifically, but I think people are going to walk away with not only a better understanding of nutrition, but also an increased level of self-awareness, and how the environment we live in influences our choices and thoughts.

If you are interested in participating, you can pre-register for all 8 weeks for $55 or attend specific classes for $10 each. This Reboot is also open to non-gym members!
